Fast and furious jigging with a variety!! That's what fishing for cod and rockfish is like! We offer our clients the opportunity to harvest over twenty-five species of rockfish, Ling and Pacific Cod from any of the numerous shallow reefs in our region. As mentioned earlier, reefs are what make for our outstanding fisheries. Sumner Strait, our fishing grounds, offers the best reef fishing in Southeast Alaska only minute from our resort.

If you've never had the opportunity to jig for cod or rockfish before, we'll make sure you do. We'll be targeting large aggressive Ling Cod averaging twenty-five pounds or the "Alaskan Red Snapper" called Yelloweye, which average in our region at twenty-three pounds.
